+ DAY 01 TOUR: HCM CITY – BEN TRE PROVINCE (MEAL: LUNCH INCLUDED)
Introduction for Day 1 Tour: This authentic Mekong Delta tour is for those who want to experience a day in the Mekong Delta without being surrounded by hundreds of tourists. This special experience is very local and almost eliminates waiting time at each attraction, with very few opportunities for shopping. You will truly learn about the local culture of the people in the western river region, such as how farmers grow and harvest coconuts and make household items from coconut trees, how locals weave mats, and experience a local tuk-tuk ride (in the morning they use it to transport coconuts, and in the afternoon to carry tourists – this is truly a real local adventure). There are many other local activities that you can only see on this unique Authentic Mekong Delta tour.
At 8:00AM: You depart from Saigon southwards, on a scenic drive to Ben Tre province, a 90km journey that takes two hours.
There will be a boat trip along the river to visit a brick kiln factory, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house.
Visit a village where you can have a walk to experience the authentic Mekong Delta life and enjoy some local fresh fruits. Take a Xe Loi ride (a modern motorized rickshaw) or cycling tour to explore around the village. Have lunch at a great garden restaurant. After lunch, rowing sampan along the water coconut canals with beautiful tropical scenery. Drive back to Saigon and ends the tour around 4:30PM to 5:00PM if you choose "one day tour" or to Can Tho city for overnight if you choose the Floating market tour for day 2

Stay overnight in Can Tho ( Hotel NOT Included )
After having breakfast and check out your hotel at 7:30AM, take a leisurely boat trip to explore the picturesque tributaries of the Lower Mekong river. After, proceed to visit the Cai Răng floating market, which is the liveliest in the whole region and visit a rice noodles making shop. Take in the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who live along the Mekong canals.
Next, you will roam through the village by cycling or walking to see the beautiful fruit gardens and a famous historical sight in the region. Then, head back to the boat before traveling back to Ho Chi Minh where you will arrive at around 3:00PM to 3:30PM with unforgettable memories.
